Four kinds of message are genuinely useful to us.

A hotel whose approach is worth a description; a way in we have got wrong; a correction of fact; a word from a hotel about its own entry. We do not book anything, we hold no reservations, and we do not pass enquiries on to hotels, so a message meant for a hotel should go to the hotel itself.
